Undoubtedly this is one of the most beautiful and sought after properties in the area. The house officially opened July 2018 and received 5 star reviews. We invite you to this idyllic luxury spot to spend a unforgettable holiday with family and friends. A 50% deposit required to secure booking. Remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before arrival. No cancellation charge if booking cancelled > 30 days before arrival. Total amount charged if cancellation is <30 days before arrival *. A EUR1000 refundable damage deposit is required.  Check In time from 5pm – 9pm & Check Out time is by 10am. * Due to higher risk, Booking reservations > 2 weeks duration needs > 45 days in advance cancellation to receive total refund. We can support US customers with a US$ transaction to a US$ bank account on request.

The main house “Moon River” and three guest cottages, respectfully named after tributaries that flow into the Dordogne river La Gardonette, L’Enéa Terrasse, and La Marcillande make a perfect relaxing base to explore this beautiful region. Anchored steps from your door the Dordogne calmly flows and leads you to enjoy amazing views as you stroll the peaceful hiking trails that begins from our estate.  It’s genuinely an easy 15 minute walk to the village center of Saint Cyprien allows easy access to the bakery, stores & cafes. The vibrant Sunday Farmers Market is one of the best in region and offers the best natural produce the area has to offer.
